Day 1 Madrid
Arrival at any time. On the 1st day we have not planned any activities.
Hotel: Mercure Madrid Centro or similar.
Day 2-3 Madrid
Explore Madrid with a walking tour along the iconic Gran Vía, marveling at its impressive architecture and vibrant atmosphere. Pause at Plaza Callao to delve into Madrid's cinema history before unveiling a hidden gem for panoramic views. Conclude your journey with literary homage at Plaza de España, paying respects to Cervantes. In the afternoon, explore the renowned Prado Museum, home to masterpieces by European artists like Velázquez, El Greco, and Goya.
Day 3 Cordoba
Take a short train journey to Cordoba. Immerse yourself in the city's history with a guided walking tour, uncovering notable landmarks like the Fortress of the Catholic Monarchs, the Synagogue, the Jewish Quarter, and the iconic Great Mosque, also known as the Cathedral of Cordoba. Additionally, wander through Cordoba's picturesque streets and explore the charming Flower Alley, known for its vibrant blooms. Don't miss the opportunity to marvel at the intricate details of the Roman Bridge and the Calahorra Tower, providing stunning views of the city.
Day 4-6 Granada
Train to Granada. On Day 5 explore the most popular monument in Spain - Alhambra, stroll among the flowers and fountains of the Generalife, walk through the Gate of Pomegranates. Explore the Alcazaba fortress and visit the Nasrid Palace including the Palace of Mexuar, the Palace of Comares, and the Palace of Leones. Get superb city views from the Fortress and learn about the Moorish history of Granada from an expert guide.

Day 6-8 Seville
Travel to the capital of Andalusia - Seville and explore it's incredible architecture. Visit the oldest royal palace in Europe -Royal Alcazar of Seville, and find out why it became the setting for the film Lawrence of Arabia and the TV series Game of Thrones. Visit Seville Cathedral, the largest Gothic cathedral in the world and see the burial site of Christopher Columbus. Climb the famous Moorish Giralda Tower, an icon of the city.
On Day 8 take a train back to Madrid (earliest arrival is at 9AM).
